By placing an order at SPARKE, you agree to these terms:

  1. Orders & Payments

    • All orders require full payment or a minimum 50% deposit on custom work.

    • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

    • Prices and promotions are subject to change until your order is confirmed.

  2. Production & Delivery

    • Production begins only after design approval and receipt of deposit.

    • Standard production time is 14–21 business days; rush options are available at extra cost.

  3. Intellectual Property

    • You certify you have the rights to any logos or artwork submitted.

    • SPARKE reserves the right to refuse orders that infringe on trademarks or copyrights.

  4. Limitation of Liability

    • SPARKE’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  5. Governing Law

    • These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

    • Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Palm Beach County.

  6. Changes to Terms

    • We may update these terms at any time; the version on our site applies to orders placed after the update date.
