At SPARKE, we want you to love your custom soccer gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:

• Eligibility

• Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging and tags.

• Custom or personalized uniforms (any item printed or embroidered per your design) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• How to Initiate a Return

1. Email returns@sparke.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. only) or instructions for dropship returns.

3. Ship the item back within 3 days of receiving your label.

• Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds (minus original shipping cost) are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item—custom or not—contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
